Designed with thoughtful simplicity, the home features an efficient, dual-level layout: the first floor includes a cozy living area, kitchen, and two bedrooms, while the second floor provides an additional lounge and two additional bedrooms. Each bedrooms is furnished with a full bed, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests.
This cabin is our cherished second home, and we take pride in maintaining an unpretentious, clean-lined environment for our guests. To preserve this atmosphere, we maintain a strict policy against pets, smoking, and social events or parties. The cabin is very well located in the heart of South Lake Tahoe. It has easy access year-round. The cabin is close to the most beautiful places in Lake Tahoe, such as Emerald Bay, Desolation Wilderness, Mount Tallac, Camp Richardson, and Fallen Leaf Lake to the west. Zephyr Cove, Heavenly Village, and Stateline to the east.

There are many outdoor activities nearby: Hiking, Kayaking, Mountaineering, Backpacking, Fishing, Rock Climbing. In winter there's Skiing, Snowboarding, Cross Country Ski, Snowmobiling, Snowshoeing, Sledding, Snow Tubing. Very close by there are beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, and entertainment. During the day you'll feel like you're close to everything. At night you'll feel like you're in the forest.
All the bedding is new. There's plenty of natural sunlight. The cabin and rooms are furnished with enough to be comfortable.
We've received lovely feedback from those who have stayed at the cabin, and hearing that guests felt at home is something that makes us very happy.

We have an operating license from the city of South Lake Tahoe (VHR Permit 012000). Our city permit allows for 8 people (including children) and two medium cars maximum. We need to ensure that renters follow the regulations of the city of South Lake Tahoe and will be respectful of the neighborhood and neighbors.

In an effort to provide complete and accurate information, please note that this is a modest cabin. It is not a luxury cabin and does not have luxury amenities. For the vast majority of our guests, this does not diminish their experience at the house; however, if you're looking for a luxury space that is aesthetically perfect inside, this is not the place.
